How to Update a Customer's Shipping Address
You can update a customer's shipping address directly from their profile in Customer Details. This lets you correct or replace outdated address information without needing the customer to submit a new order.
Find the Customer
Use the search filters to find the customer whose address needs updating.

Select Customers in the left navigation.

Click the Filter icon to open the Filters panel.

Enter one or more search criteria in the available fields, such as Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, or Email.

Click Apply Filter.

Click the customer's Customer ID in the results list to open their profile.
Update the Shipping Address
On the Customer Details page, you'll see the customer's current shipping address next to their Billing Address and account information.

Locate the Shipping Address section at the top of the page.

Click the pencil icon next to Shipping Address to open the Edit Shipping Address modal.

Update the address fields as needed:
- Address Line 1

Address Line 2 Optional
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Country
- Click Submit.
A confirmation message appears when the update saves successfully.
