Add Shipping Options to your store

With the store management tools, you can create detailed shipping options for your customers. The builder gives you full control to set prices, descriptions, and advanced rules for when a specific shipping option should appear.

This guide will walk you through the key steps to create a new shipping option, assign it to products, and configure logic based on location or cart value.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

  • An active merchant account.

  • A configured store.

  • Access permissions to edit store settings.

Access the Shipping Menu

Before configuring your shipping, you first need to access the shipping menu for your store. Then, you can:

  1. Log in to your dashboard and click on the Stores section.

  2. Click on the Title of the store you wish to edit.

  3. Go to the Shipping tab.

  4. Click Add Shipping to begin creating a new shipping option.

Configure Basic Shipping Details

Once you click Add Shipping, you can fill in the basic details that your customers will see:

  1. Enter the Shipping Name. Be mindful that this is customer-facing (e.g., "Standard Shipping").

  2. (Optional) Enter a Description. This is also visible to customers and can be used for delivery estimates (e.g., "Four to six business days").

  3. Enter the Price. For free shipping, you can enter 0.00. For a paid shipping fee, enter the amount of your preference.

  4. (Optional) Toggle on Enable For All Products. This will automatically makes this shipping option available for all products in your store.

    Shipping Tip

If you enable this option, the Products field will no longer be available to select specific items. If you leave the Enable All Products toggle off, you can come to the product list and select only the specific products you would like this shipping option to apply to.

  5. (Optional) In Exclude Shipping Methods for Specific Products, select one or more products. This option is useful if you have "All Products" enabled but want to remove a few items. You can select specific products here to exclude them from this shipping option.

  6. (Optional) In Allowed Checkout Pages, you can choose the checkout pages where this shipping option should appear, including limiting it to one or two specific pages if needed.

  7. (Optional) In Allow to Countries, select one or more countries where this option will be available. You can restrict this shipping option to specific geographic areas:

    • By Country: Select this to make the shipping option available only for specific countries (e.g., "United States"). When a customer enters a U.S. address in the shipping form, this option will pop up.

    • By State: You can also get more specific by enabling the option only for certain states.

  8. (Optional) Check the cart options you want to add. Choose from the following options:

    Pro-Tip

You can split test different shipping strategies by assigning them to different checkout pages. For example, create "Checkout A" with a "$4.99 Standard Shipping" option and "Checkout B" with a "Free Shipping (5-10 Days)" option. By assigning your shipping options to specific checkouts and then running an A/B test on those checkout pages, you can see which shipping offer converts best.

  2. Once you have configured all your settings, click Add. This will automatically create the shipping option and add it to your store's list.

After adding your new shipping option, test it to make sure it appears correctly and applies the right cost. A well-set shipping option helps customers choose faster, reduces checkout errors, and ensures smooth delivery.
